• With a strong academic foundation—holding an Executive MBA and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration—I bring both practical experience and advanced research perspectives to every engagement.
• Fluent in Arabic, English, and German, I am frequently invited as a keynote international speaker for workshops and conferences and have shared insights in over 40 television interviews, reaching a wide audience with knowledge on excellence, leadership, and sustainability, such as Ruya Careers and COP28. I am always honored to share insights on excellence, sustainability, leadership, and transformative coaching with diverse audiences.
• As an EFQM-certified assessor, ISO auditor, and Senior Coach in NLP and CBT, I apply a comprehensive approach using Excellence and Coaching tools to help organizations achieve sustainable success. I have had the privilege of working as Quality & Excellence Advisor and led different Excellence projects with prestigious organizations like DEWA, DP World, Zayed University, Rabdan Academy, Department of Transport, Department of Finance, Arab Petroleum Pipelines Company (SUMED), and many others across diverse industries, including Education, Oil & Gas, and Transportation.
• My dedication to CSR, Innovation and sustainability has led me to serve as a judge for the Gulf Sustainability and Gender Mainstreaming Awards and as a Team Leader for over twelve prestigious awards, including the Dubai Government Excellence Program, Emiratization Awards, Abu Dhabi Government Excellence Program, Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Awards (SKEA), Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program (SKGEP), SEHA Excellence Awards, Dubai Quality Awards, Dubai Human Development Awards, Egypt Excellence Awards, Maan Excellence Awards, Sharjah Excellence Awards, Emirates Women Award.
• I am also proud to have led impactful, national-level projects, such as mentoring and developing Emirati women with Pure Health, upskilling UAE volunteers in collaboration with MAAN Authority, and conducting sustainability assessments across more than 35 hotels throughout the UAE. I have also mentored women in distinguished programs in collaboration with International Coaching Federation and American Society of Quality.
• Deeply committed to youth empowerment, having led numerous coaching projects for schools and universities, my experience includes delivering coaching workshops for students such as Rabdan Academy, Zayed University and trainings on anti-bullying, emotional intelligence and empathy for school students across various institutions.
